摘要
目的探讨中药复方糖脉平胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠氧化和血管内皮损伤保护作用的机理。方法小剂量链脲佐菌素(35mg/kg)腹腔注射及喂高热量食物造成2型糖尿病大鼠模型,并用放射免疫法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)及血管内皮素(ET)的含量。结果2型糖尿病大鼠SOD明显降低(P<0.01),而LPO及ET升高明显(P<0.01);经糖脉平治疗后,SOD活性增强,LPO和ET含量降低(P<0.01),且接近正常值。结论糖脉平胶囊能增加血管内壁SOD活性来清除LPO,降低ET的含量,从而阻断和降低了血管内皮损伤所致动脉粥样硬化的形成,保护血管内皮免受损伤。
Objective To investigate protective function mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine compound prescribe Tangmaiping (TMP) capsule on oxidize and endotheial hurt to type 2 diabets in rats. Methods The models of type 2 diabetic rats were established by injecting low dosage (35 mg/kg) of streptozotocin (STZ) and feeding high sucrose and high fat diet. The plasma superoxide dismutase (SOD) and endotheliolysin (ET) were defected by radioimmunicy. Results The activity of SOD was significantly low in model group of type 2 diabetic rats (P〈0.01), but the levels of LPO and ET were remarkably high (P〈0.01). After treated by TMP, SOD activity was strengthened, the levels of LPO and ET were decreased, and were resembled to normal levels. Conclusion TMP can improve SOD activity and reduce LPO and ET levels, and prevent vein from injury.
