摘要
为提高苯丙复合乳液的耐水性和耐侯性,以苯乙烯、丙烯酸为核单体,丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为壳单体,采用半连续核壳乳液聚合工艺制备苯丙复合乳液;研究了乳化剂用量、单体配比、有机硅用量等因素对乳液及涂膜性能的影响.制备了性能优良的苯丙乳液,可用于竹制品和木制品.
In order to improve water-restsrant property and weather composite emulsion, taking styrene and acrylic acid as core monomers, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid and ethylsiloxane as shell monomers, ethylsiloxane modified styrene-acylic emulsion was prepared by semi- continuous core-shell emulsion polymerization. The effects of factors such as emulsifying agent content, monomer components and siloxane content on the emulsion and film properties were studied. Styrene-acylic emulsion with exellent properties were prepared, which can be used for products made of woods and bamboo.
