摘要
目的了解列车排查的发热旅客'非典'罹患率及相关知信行状况.方法依据'铁路车站疫情处理程序'对进出铁路车站的发热人员进行'非典'病例排查;于2003年4月19日至6月10在北京火车站排查发热人员909人.2003年5~6月随机抽取车站、列车工作人员及旅客411名,填写发热排查认同情况的知、信、行调查问卷.结果列车发热排查的909人来自全国各地并有少数外籍人员.其中确诊'非典'患者16人,罹患率为1.76%,死亡3人,病死率为18.75%. 被调查者 '非典'的知信行情况为:综合知识得分指数均值为64.72,95%CI为33.14~101.86.单因素分析表明,不同人群、文化程度、年龄对知识得分有影响,进行多因素Logistic分析,影响知识得分的因素为文化程度.认为进行体温测量有必要的达到95.60%;认为出现 '非典'进行隔离很重要的达到95.90%;但赞成在列车上对密切接触者进行调查的仅为9.50%.结论发热排查在控制'非典'经铁路传播上发挥了一定的作用,得到了旅客的认同.
Objective To investigate Prevalence rate of SARS among feverish travelers on the train and KAP about SARS of travelers and conductors, Methods SARS case identification was conducted among feverish travelers according to “Standard Procedure for Epidemic Management in Railway Stations”. A KAP questionnaire survey was carried out among 411 travelers and conductors by random sampling from railway station and train. The category criterion of cultural lever and occupation was recommended by knowledge score. Statistics analysis system including F test and x^2 test and Multinomal Logistic analysis was used to analyse the date from 411 subjects, Results 909 feverish travelers from inland and abroad were examined to identify SARS cases. 16 travelers were diagnosed as SARS cases with an attack rate of 1.76%. Among them, 3 travelers died with a fatality of 18.75 %. Analysis of 411 eligible questionnaires revealed that the mean knowledge score was 64.72, with the 95 % confident interval as 33.14-101.86. 95.6% of them thought it acceptable to take body temperature among travelers, 95.9% of them thought it important to isolate SARS cases, but only 9.5 % of them thought it acceptable to investigate those who had contacted with SARS cases on the train. Conclusion SARS case identification among feverish travelers played an intended role in SARS prevention and control on the train and was accepted by the travelers. The travelers thought the strategy acceptable.
