摘要
提高切边刀头寿命和切割效率是金属结合剂金刚石锯片研究的关键问题。通过对采用不同金刚石、结合剂成份和烧结工艺制备分层式切边刀头的试验研究,分析了刀头的性能。结果表明:用Cu作黏结相,同时添加少量的Fe、Sn、Ni、Cr作黏结添加相可提高刀头的硬度、强度,改善刀头的切割性能、抗磨损能力及韧性。
hnpmving the service life and cutting efficiency of the segment of cutting border are the key problem of studying the metal bond diamond saw blades. With the experiments of using different diamonds, bonding phases and sintering techniques to prepare sandwich style diamond saws of cutting borders, their properties are investigated (hardness, crook resistance). Experimental results show that using Cu as the bonding phase, and adding Fe, Sn, Ni, Cr as additive bonding phases can increase the diamond segments' hardness, strength , and improve cutting properties, wear resistance, and toughness.
