摘要
以10个玉米自交系以及由它们组成的45个杂交种为材料,进行酶谱分析与单株粒重的测定。结果发现,玉米杂种 F_1的过氧化物酶同工酶 Px_4和酯酶同工酶 E_3的酶谱完全决定于其双亲。双亲酶谱相同,F_1与双亲一样;双亲酶谱不同,F_1出现双亲的互补酶谱。这两种酶的酶谱有差别的双亲杂交,能够产生高产的组合;这两种酶的酶谱没有差异的双亲杂交,也能产生高产的组合。因而表明,这两种同工酶不能用来预测玉米单株粒重的大小。对用同工酶预测杂种产量的可行性问题进行了讨论。
Peroxidase and esterase isozyme patterns of 10 maize inbred lines and their 45 hybridswere analyzed with electrophoresis.The kernel weight of single plant from these materialswere tested as well.The results indicate that the patterns of peroxidase isozyme Px_4 andesterase isozyme E_3 depend on their parents.If the isozyme patterns of parents are thesame,the isozyme patterns of F_1 will be the same as parents;If the isozyme patterns ofparents are not the same,the isozyme patterns of F_1 will appear complement.Hybrids fromthe parents which have different peroxidase and esterase isozyme patterns can produce highheterosis.Hybrids from the parents which have same peroxidase and esterase isozyme pat-terns can produce high heterosis as well.So these two isozyme patterns can not be used topredict the kernel weight of single plant.Expected heterosis from isozyme patterns was dis-cussed.
