研究了CICC10258菌代谢生物多糖黄原胶的能力,考察了发酵培养基中不同碳源、氮源、无杌盐以及起始 pH对最终发酵液粘度的影响,确定了发酵培养基的优化配方[g·(100 mL)-1]:玉米淀粉5、(NH4)2SO4 0.3、CaCO3 0.2、MgSO4 0.08、K2HPO4 0.2,起始pH 8.0。探讨了发酵温度、时间、接种量等发酵条件对发酵的影响。
The ability of strain CICC10258 to metabolize biopolysaccharide xanthan gum is studied by experiments. Different carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salt in and initial pH of medium on fermentation are reviewed. The optimal formula for fermentation of xanthan gum is determined [g·(100mL)^-1], cornstarch 5, (NH4)2 SO4 0. 3, CaCO3 0. 2, MgSO4 0.08, K2 HPO4 0. 2 ,initial pH 8. 0. Organic nitrogen source is not contained in the formula, so it will be very good for succedent separation of xanthan gum. At the same time, effect of fermentation conditions such as fermentation temperature and time,proportion of inoculability are also discussed.
