摘要
风险投资已经成为各个国家高新技术产业化的驱动器。在欧美发达国家,风险投资业已成为高科技公司发展过程中最有力的融资渠道之一。近年来,我国的风险投资事业有了一些实质性的进展,但是与风险投资发展比较成熟的国家相比,仍处于起步阶段。以促进我国风险投资业发展为目的,本文对美日发达国家的风险投资模式进行了介绍,并从中得出对我国风险投资模式启示。
Venture capital has become an engine for various world, countries＇ hi-tech industrialization, and it has been one of the most useful financing means during development of hi-tech companies in European and North American countries. China＇s venture capital industry has experienced tremendous development in recent years, however, it is still in the burgeoning phase when compared with the above-mentioned countries, To advance China＇s venture capital industry development, this paper describes the venture capital models of some developed countries, and tries to achieve a revelation for China＇s venture capital development model.
