摘要
大型卧式容器通常采用多支座支承,但多支承卧式容器的设计计算较为困难。多支座卧式容器一般可以看作是超静定的连续梁,利用奇异函数和拉普拉斯变换导出了求解弯曲问题的普遍表达式,根据多支承问题的特点编制了计算程序,可以快速方便地对各种型式的卧式容器多支承问题进行计算。
Multi-saddle supports are widely used in heavy horizontal vessel, it is difficult to design and calculate the horizontal vessel with multi-saddle supports. Generally, the horizontal vessel with multi-saddle supports can be dealt with a continuous beam. The general expression for deflection of stepped shaft in bending according to singularity function and Laplace transformation are presented. A program is given to design and calculate the horizontal vessel with multi-saddle supports, it can be easily and quickly used to calculate all kinds of horizontal vessels with multi-saddle supports.
