摘要
为获得脉冲电镀Ni-Al2O3复合镀层的最佳工艺参数,研究了镀液中Al2O3的浓度对镀层中Al2O3质量分数的影响、各工艺参数(包括镀液温度、电流密度、镀液中Al2O3微粒的浓度、电镀时间、占空比)对Ni-Al2O3复合镀层显微硬度的影响。用热震法检测了复合镀层的结合力,还用扫描电镜观察了复合镀层的表面形貌,并通过正交法对工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,脉冲电镀Ni-Al2O3复合镀层的最佳工艺为:电流密度8.5Ad/m2、温度50~55℃、镀液中Al2O3微粒浓度为20~30gL/、电镀时间40~50m in、占空比20%左右。
In order to obtain optimum pulse plating process parameter of Ni-Al2O3 composite coating,experiments were conducted to study the effect of Al2O3 concentration in plating bath on mass percent age of Al2O3 in the plating layer,as well the effect of process parameters including plating bath temperature,current intensity, concentration of Al2O3 particle in plating bath,plating time,duty ratio,etc.,on the mierohardness of Ni-Al2O3 composite coating.The bonding force of composite coating was measured by thermal shock method and surface morphology of composite coating was observed by SEM. The process parameter was optimized by orthogonal method. Resuhs showed that the optimum process parameters to obtain Ni-Al2O3 composite coating by pulse plating process are as follows:current intensity of 8.5 A/dm^2,temperature of 50-55 ℃,20-30 g/L concentration of ℃ particle in plating bath,plating time of 40-50 min, duty ratio of 20%.
