摘要
本文介绍了新时期人力资源管理的特点及方法,着重讨论了计算机网络技术在人力资源管理中的信息发布、人力资源自我管理、项目评估等方面的应用,并论述了当今管理层次由传统的“科层次”向扁平化发展的前提下,新技术在管理机制创新中所起的作用。
The article introduces briefly the characteristic and method of human resources management of the new period, discusses emphatically the application of computer network technology in such aspects as information issuance in human resources management, human resources self-management, project assessment and so on. Furthermore it describes the functions of the new technology in innovation of management system, because of its transformation from traditional bureaucratic establishments to democratization today.
