摘要
比较载体定量法与悬液定量法对检测二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果的区别,在实验室进行了观察。结果,用载体定量杀菌试验,以含200mg/L二氧化氯消毒剂溶液对大肠杆菌作用3min,杀灭对数值均>3.0。用悬液定量杀菌试验,以含3mg/L二氧化氯消毒剂溶液对大肠杆菌作用1min,杀灭对数值均>5.0。菌悬液中加3%牛血清白蛋白,对大肠杆菌杀灭对数值达到5.0以上,需要30mg/L二氧化氯作用3min。菌悬液中加0.3%牛血清白蛋白对杀灭大肠杆菌效果无影响。结论,载体定量法测得的二氧化氯杀菌剂量明显高于悬液定量法,3%小牛血清白蛋白对杀菌效果有明显影响。
In order to know the difference of deteetion of germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide disinfectant by carrier quantitative method and suspension quantitative method, comparison of these two methods was observed in laboratory. Re suhs: In carrier quantitative geermicidal test, the killing logarithm of Escherichia coli exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 200 mg/L for 3 min was 〉 3.0. In suspension quantitative germicidal test, the killing logarithr of Escherichia coli exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 3 mg/L for 1 min was 〉 5. O.When 3% of bovine serum albumin was added to the bacterial suspension. 30 mg/L chlorine dioxide with a 3 min contact time wa needed to achieve over 5.0 killing logarithm of E. coli. Addition of 0.3% bovine serum albumin to the bacterial suspen sion had no influence on efficacy of killing E. coli. Conclusions: The germicidal dosage of chlorine dioxide measured by carrier quantitative method was significantly higher than that measured by suspension quantitative method. 3% bovine ser um albumin had significant influence on germicidal efficacy.
