摘要
目的:观察消渴清的降糖作用。方法:采用四氧嘧啶性糖尿病模型、肾上腺素引起的高血糖小鼠模型及正常小鼠,灌胃给消渴清1.67,5,16.7 g·kg-1,测定各模型小鼠的血糖和血清胰岛素水平,及其对正常小鼠糖耐量和肝糖元含量的影响。结果:消渴清5 g·kg-1以上可显著促进四氧嘧啶性糖尿病小鼠释放胰岛素,降低血糖,改善正常小鼠糖耐量;消渴清1.67 g·kg-1 以上能明显抑制肾上腺素致高血糖小鼠血糖的升高,促进正常小鼠胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素,降低血糖,增加肝糖元含量。结论:消渴清可从多方面发挥降糖作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe hypoglycemic action of Xiaokeqing(XKQ). METHODS The blood glucose and insulin levels in many strain animal models were determined at doses of XKQ 1.67 g·kg^-1; ,5g·kg^-1 ,16. 7 g·kg^-1,ig, with the models of diabetes induced by alloxan, of hypoglycemic mice induced by adrenalin, and normal mice. The effects of XKQ on glucose tolerance and content of hepatic glycogen in normal mice were studied at the same time. RESULTS At dose of 5 g·kg^-1, ig, XKQ markedly improved insulin release from islet β cell, reduced blood glucose level of diabetic mice induced by alloxan, and promoted glucose tolerance of normal mice. At dose of 1.67 g·kg^-1 , ig, XKQ significantly lowed the blood glucose level in hypoglycemic mice induced by adrenalin and normal mice, raised the level of insulin and content of hepatic glycogen in normal mice. CONCLUSION XKQ has satisfactory hypoglycemic effect on animal model of diabetes.
