阿昔洛韦β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺

摘要  目的:研究制备阿昔洛韦β 环糊精包合物的最佳工艺条件。方法:以阿昔洛韦利用率为考察指标,通过正交试验设计法筛选工艺条件;采用X 射线衍射、差示扫描量热法验证包合物。结果:优选出最佳包合工艺为阿昔洛韦与β 环糊精比率为 1∶6,包合温度为60 ℃,包合时间为30 min,阿昔洛韦平均利用率约为83%。结论:优选得到的工艺简便易行。 OBJECTIVE To study optimum β-cyclodextrin inclusion process conditions for acyclovir. METHODS The study was carried out using orthogonal design. The process conditions were studied by determining the utilization ratio of acyclovir. The inclusion compound was identified by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). RESULTS The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as follows: acyclovir:β-cyclodextrin was 1:6;the inclusion temperature was 60 ℃;the inclusion time was 30 min. The inclusion ratio of acyclovir was 83%. CONCLUSION This optimized process is simple and efficient.
