摘要
目的探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)对脂多糖(LPS)诱导新生大鼠急性肺出血的保护作用。方法1.用LPS(5 mg/ kg)腹腔注射方法制备新生大鼠肺出血动物模型。2.随机分成GBE预处理(4、8、16 mg/kg)组和LPS(5 mg/kg)组。结果注射LPS后4 h时形成肺大面积出血。肺组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量在4 h表达明显。肺组织核转录因子(NF-kB)免疫组织化学提示4 h表达较明显。而预先给予GBE可显著缓解上述变化。结论GBE在防治肺急性炎症性疾病中有一定应用前景。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Gingko Biloba extract (GBE) on acute lung hemorrhage induced by Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in newtaorn rats. Methods 1. Acute lung hemorrhage models were reproduced by intraperitoneal injection with LPS (5 mg/10g). 2. Thirty two rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,GBE groups (4 mg/kg, 8 nag/10g, 16 nag/kg) and LPS group 5 nag/10g. Results In group LPS, extensive lung hemorrhage was observed after 4 hours of injection . TNF -α lung content was obvious in LPS group. The expression of lung nuclear factor( NF- κB )inmmnohistochemistry was obvious. While the parameters were obviously attenuated by GBE before LIPS. Conclusion (;BE may be useful in the treatment of acute pulmary inflanmmatory disease.
