It is necessary to set up a learning organization tor modern hospitals to realize sustainable development, and it is also a focus area that many hospital managers are probing into and pay high attention to .The paper analyzed that the Second People＇ s Hospital of Wuxi applied learning organization to guide hospital management, and then probe into the practice of setting up a learning hospital.It introduced many material operation and taste of mechanisms on how to spark plug the individual to study, construct a learning environment, innovate study materials, enrich study forms and establish insurance systems.
