摘要
大学生就业难是当前高等教育面临的重要课题之一,正确分析大学生就业中存在的心理障碍,指导大学生客观地认识社会、认识自己,及时调整自己的就业期待,做好充分的就业心理准备,把握好就业机会,这是高校教育工作者义不容辞的责任。
At present the fact that it is tough for the college graduates to find a job is one of the important subjects faced in higher education in China. So it is incumbent on the educators in colleges to correctly analyze the graduates＇ psychological problems in employment, guide them to objectively perceive the society and know themselves, so as to adjust their own employment expectation, and prepare them with good and healthy employment psychology.
