摘要 为提高汽车闪光面漆的随角异色效果及耐磨性,对纳米TiO2粒子的分散性能及其对涂层性能的影响进行了研究.通过超声分散预处理纳米TiO2和选择专用分散剂及用量,采用循环搅拌球磨机湿磨法制备TiO2浆体,然后加入汽车涂料中.结果表明,超声预处理可以明显降低浆体的粒径分布,0.8%的分散剂用量时浆体稳定性最好;该浆体平均粒径为110~120 nm,在可见光区透光率在90%以上,UV区透光率小于5%,具透明和抗紫外线辐射性能;浆体按一定比例和铝粉配合,可得到随角异色效应显著的金属闪光面漆;纳米TiO2的加入除了提高涂膜的保光性和涂层的耐磨性外,还能一定程度提高柔韧性,但对抗冲击性能没有提高. For the purpose to improve the down-flop effect and antiwear of automobile gleam coating,the dispersion property of nanometer TiO_2 particles and its influence on the coating performances were studied.Nano-TiO_2 was pretreated by ultrasonic dispersion,and the special dispersant and content were chosen.TiO_2 slurry was prepared by wet grinding method of cycle stirring ball mill,and then was added into automobile coating.Results show that ultrasonic pretreatment can decrease the size distribution of slurry,and the stability of slurry is best with using 0.8% dispersant.The average size of slurry is 110~120 nm,the transmittance of slurry is above 90% in visible zone and low than 5% in UV zone,and the slurry is transparent with good UV resistance.Metallic gleam coating with obvious down-flop effect can be obtained by mixing the slurry and aluminum powder to a scale.The nano-TiO_2 can improve the flexible of coating to some extend besides the gloss retention and wear resistance but no effect for the shock resistance.
