摘要
在内燃机气阀机构故障诊断中引入模糊数学的方法,不仅能克服传统故障诊断方法所存在的局限性,而且还具有在模糊信息的环境下提取有用信息,并集中主要相关因素作出决策的能力。分析了内燃机气阀机构的故障形式,提出了用模糊数学理论进行内燃机气阀机构振动故障诊断的方法。这种方法不仅是建立内燃机故障诊断专家系统的有力工具,而且在实际的工程领域中必将得到广泛的应用。
If fuzzy mathematics is introducted to fault diagnosis for valves of ICE,it is possible to get rid of the limitation of conventional fault diagnostic methods and make a strategic decision in fuzzy environ- ment.This paper discusses major types of faults of valves of ICE and presentes a method of vibration fault fuzzy-diagnosis for valves of ICE.The method is not only a strong tool of estalishing expert systems for fault diagnosis of ICE,but also will find extensive applications in various industries.
