摘要
在室内进行了不同阳离子比例对钻井液性能、页岩抑制性及对粘土吸附能力和离子交换能力影响的试 验,结果表明:在比例合适的条件下,由K+、Ca2+、Al3+等阳离子组成的复合阳离子钻井液体系具有强抑制性、低 粘切和粗分散特性。现场应用表明,复合阳离子钻井液体系能很好地解决中原油田黄河南硬脆性泥页岩水化分散和膨 胀引起的井壁失稳问题及南方海相地层盐膏层污染钻井液、流变性难控制的问题。
Effects of different cation ratio on drilling fluid properties, shale inhibitivity, absorbing ability of clay and CEC are tested in laboratory. Experimental Results show that drilling fluid comprising K^+ , Ca^2+ and Al^3+, etc. behaves strong inhibitivity, low gel strength and coarse dispersion under proper composition. Field applications indicate that such drilling fluid can effectively prevent wellbore from sloughing caused by hydration and swelling of the hard-brittle mudstone, and also prevent drilling fluid from contamination by gypsums and make it easier to control mud rhelology.
