摘要 提出采用真空泵构造正负压连续控制系统,基于该系统数学模型,完成了其特性仿真研究分析,采用模糊PID控制方法,对系统特性进行详细探讨和试验研究。仿真和试验结果表明,基于真空泵的正负压连续控制系统具有良好的动态和静态特性,鲁棒性强,对系统参数变化有一定的灵活性,能够较好地满足系统高精度高响应的要求。试验结果同时也证明了系统数学模型的正确性。 A novel pressure and vacuum servo control system is presented which adopts a vacuum pump. On the basis of the mathematical description of the system, the simulation on the system is implemented and the characteristics of the system are analyzed. According to the simulation result, the characteristics of the system are discussed and studied by experiment. The experiment results show that the pressure and vacuum servo control based on vacuum pump has good dynamic and static performance, strong robustness and good adaptive ability to the variety of the system parameters, and can fulfill high steady control accuracy and fast response effectively. The mathematical model of system is also confirmed by the experiment results.
