摘要
水平井压裂通常是获得经济产量的必要措施,正确预测压裂后水平井的生产动态并进行水平井优化参数设计就显得相当重要。文章结合油藏—裂缝网格系统划分及IMPES差分方法,建立了压裂水平井三维两相生产动态数值模拟模型,模型中将油藏和裂缝当作一个渗流系统处理,针对裂缝划分了不等距油藏—裂缝系统网格,差分后形成大型7对角线性方程组,采用逐次线松弛方法迭代求解,研制开发了水平井压裂数值模拟器,可以模拟不同裂缝条数、裂缝间距以及储层参数和裂缝参数对生产动态的影响。与现场水平井实例对比,证明了模拟器计算结果合理可靠,具有推广和使用价值。
Horizontal well fracturing usually is the necessary measure to obtain the economic production. It is very important to predict the production performance of horizontal wells after fracturing and optimize the design parameters of horizontal wells correctly. With reservoir-fractures grid system pattern and IMPES differential method, the numeral simulation model is developed for 3-D and 2 phases production performance of fractured horizontal wells. The reservoir find fractures are regarded as a percolation system in the model. According to the fractures, the heterogeneous renervoir-fractures grid system is divided, which is differenced to form the big linear equation group with 7 couples, With LSOR numerical iteration method to solve, the numerical simulator of horizontal well fracturing is developed, which can simulate the influence of the different fracture number and spacing and the different reservoir parameters and fracture parameters on the production performance. Comparing with the real cases of horizontal wells, it is proved the simulator has reasonable and reliable calculating results, and is worth popularizing and applying.
