摘要 为了解当前运动骨代谢动物模型的研究进展状况,对骨代谢研究动物模型选择的基本原则、选择模型动物应注意的问题、常用骨代谢实验动物的特点、常用与运动相关骨代谢动物模型的制备和评价指标等方面进行了综述介绍。 In order to know the progress of exercise- rehted animal model on osseous metabolism,this paper reviewed the research findings on the principle of the selection of animal model, the consideration of the selection of animal model, the characteristic of the animal used in osseous metabolism experimentation, the preparation and evaluation index of exerciserelated animal model.
