水母雪莲总黄酮和水母雪莲细胞培养物总黄酮对致炎大鼠血清中炎性因子的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的:通过观察水母雪莲总黄酮、水母雪莲细胞培养物总黄酮对致炎大鼠血清中炎性因子的影响,探讨其抗炎机理。方法:采用角叉菜胶致足肿胀法造成大鼠炎症模型,观察水母雪莲细胞培养物总黄酮(C)和水母雪莲总黄酮(W)对致炎大鼠血清中炎症介质和细胞因子的影响。其中IL-1β用125I标记RIA试剂盒,PGE2含量用3H标记RIA试剂盒测定;NO含量用Griess法测定。结果:水母雪莲总黄酮、水母雪莲细胞培养物总黄酮各剂量组与模型组相比均可明显抑制IL-1β、NO、PGE2的分泌作用,P<0.01或P<0.05,二者组间无显著差异。结论:水母雪莲总黄酮、水母雪莲细胞培养物总黄酮对IL-1β、NO、PGE2的分泌均有抑制作用,二者无显著性差异,其抗炎作用的机理可能与此有关。 Objective:To study anti-inflammatory mechanisms of total flavone in Culture of Saussurea medusa Maxim and the wild one, inflammatory factors of blood serum from inflammation model of rat were investigated. Methods:The inflammation model of rat paw edema caused by Carrageenan lambda was used, and then effects of Culture of Saussurea medusa Maxim and the wild one on inflammatory factors of blood serum were observed. The IL-1β and PGE2 was measured with RIA marked^125 I and ^3 H kits, respectively, and the level of NO was measured with Griess method. Results : Both groups of Culture of Saussurea medusa Maxim and the wild one exerted the inhibition on the IL-Iβ, NO, PGE2 secretion. There is no difference between the two groups(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory mechanisms by Culture of Saussurea medusa Maxim and the wild one may have relationship with inhibited release of IL- 1β, NO, PGE2 .
