摘要
根据炼焦生产工艺的实际状况,论述了焦化厂煤场管理系统、焦炭质量预测系统和配煤优化系统的应用 过程。由三系统组成的焦化厂生产信息系统操作简单,实用性强。在天津天铁实际应用后,优质焦煤配用量由 20%下降到10%,入炉煤和焦炭成本大幅下降,经济效益十分显著。
According to the actual conditions of coke-making production process, the application process of coal storage yard management system, coke quality prediction system and coal blending optimized system of the coking plant are dissertated. The production information system of the coking plant consisting of three systems is characterized by simple operation and better practicability. After actual application in the Tiantie Coking Plant, Tianjin, the blending quantity of high quality coking coal is reduced from 20% to 10% so that the costs of charging coal and coke are lowered greatly and economic benefit is very remarkable.
