摘要
用固相反应合成的方法,制备出了不同比例的Zn-Ti取代BaM型六角晶系铁氧体材料,研究了温度和取代量对产物的相组成、微观形貌以及电磁性能的影响。结果表明,温度的提高有利于晶体的长大和发育完整,样品晶粒均呈六角形板片状,比较适合用于吸波用途。随着取代量的增加,BaZnTiM的复介电常数增大,介电损耗呈波动变化,磁损耗则呈下降趋势。
Different ratio Zn-Ti substituted BaM hexaferrites were prepared by traditional ceramic method and the effects of Zn- Ti substitution amount and sintering temperature on phase composition, microstructure and electromagnetic properties were investigated with XRD, SEM and Vector network analyses. It is manifested that temperature rise helps the growth of crystal grains,and most of those grains present hexagónal plate shape. Along with the increasing of ratio of substitution, the complex dielectric constant of BaZnTiM ferrites increases, the didectrie loss undulates and the magnetic loss decreases.
