摘要
通过在NACE酸性溶液(5%NaCl+0.5%CH3COOH)中进行饱和CO2浸泡腐蚀试验,研究了3种油气输送管线钢在30℃、60℃和90℃条件下的CO2腐蚀行为。结果表明:这3种管线钢在90℃条件下的腐蚀速率比30℃、60℃条件下的高一个数量级。30℃时,试样表面无明显点蚀特征;60℃条件下试样表面出现大量点蚀,其余部分平整,点蚀周围富集Cl-;而90℃条件下试样表面不仅有严重的台地腐蚀而且出现线蚀槽及腐蚀沟,局部腐蚀严重。3种钢的CO2腐蚀受到钢的成分、显微组织等冶金因素的影响。
Corrosion behaviors of three kinds of pipe- line steels at 30℃, 60℃ and 90℃ were studied through quenching test in NACE solution (5 % NaCl + 0.5 % CH3COOH) saturated with CO2. The result showed that the corrosion rate of all samples at 90℃ was one order higher than that at 30℃ and 60℃. There was no evident pittings on coupon surface at 30℃, but many pittings on the coupon surface at 60℃ and at 90℃, there appeared not only severe mesa attack but also corrosion dents, and the corrosion was severe. The carbon dioxide corrosion of the steels was affected by the metallurgy factors such as composition, microstructure and so on.
