摘要 目的:观察21d头低位模拟失重对兔脑含水量和组织形态的影响.方法:采用兔头低位-20°倾斜的方法模拟失重.24只雄性健康兔,随机分为对照组、模拟失重21d组和每天2h头高位45°对抗组,每组8只.实验21d后观察脑含水量及其组织学形态的变化.结果:①对照组、模拟失重组、对抗组脑含水量无显著差异(P>0.05);②光镜下各组脑组织形态未发现有红细胞渗出,血管或细胞间隙增宽,脑组织内未出现空泡、细胞肿胀等水肿表现.结论:21d头低位模拟失重不会引起兔脑水肿和组织形态的改变. AIM: To observe the effects of simulated weightlessness induced by 21 d, -20° head-down tilt (HDT) on the cerebral water content and histological changes in rabbits. METHODS. The weightlessness simulation model was set up by use of HDT. Twenty-four healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups of 8 each: 21 d weightlessness group, 45° HUT 2 h per day group (countermeasure), control group. After 21 d simulated weightlessness, the cerebral water content and histological examination were observed. RESULTS. (1) There were no significant differences in the cerebral water content between the control, weightlessness and countermeasure groups. (2) Under light microscope, no red blood cell effusion, blood vessel or cell spaces distention were found among all the three groups. No vacuoles or cellular swelling was found in brain tissues. CONCLUSION: The 21 d weightlessness simulation does not cause brain edema or histological changes in rabbits.
