Microstructure and Properties of 1 250 MPa Grade New Type Bainite Wear-resistant Steel Plate as Hot Rolled and Low Temperature Tempered

摘要 研究了热轧、低温回火状态1 250 MPa级新型贝氏体耐磨钢板的组织和力学性能,测试了埋弧焊和CO2焊焊接接头的力学和机械加工性能。结果表明:轧态、低温回火耐磨板的组织由贝氏体铁素体和残余奥氏体组成,具有较高的力学性能、较高的回火抗力、良好的焊接性能和机械加工性能。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of 1 250 MPa grade new type hainite wear resistance steel plate were studied as hot rolling and low temperature tempering. The wear resistant plate mechanical properties of weld joint and mechanical working properties were tested. The results show that the microstructure of 1 250 MPa grade new type bainite steel wear resistant plate is bainite ferrite and retain austenite as hot rolled and low temperature tempering and has higher strength and toughness, good welding property, higher tempering resistance and better working properties.
