摘要
目的测试光固化流动复合树脂与牙釉质的抗剪黏接强度和观察两者所形成的黏接面。方法将39颗离体前磨牙随机均分为3组,分别应用Single bond流动复合树脂(1组)、京津釉质黏接剂涂剂+Single bond流动复合树脂(2组)和京津釉质黏接剂黏接复合树脂块(3组)。从每组离体牙中随机抽取10颗试样,检测各组材料的抗剪黏接强度;扫描电镜下观察剩余9颗试样的黏接面。结果1、2两组的抗剪黏接强度小于3组(P<0.01),Singlebond流动复合树脂在牙釉质表面形成树脂突;扫描电镜观察黏接面内存在细小裂缝及孔隙。结论Single bond流动复合树脂与牙釉质的抗剪黏接强度能满足正畸临床要求,但它与牙釉质的黏接面内存在微小孔隙。
Objective To examine the bonding strength and adaptation between enamel and the sealing layer around the brackets formed by flowable composite resin. Methods Thirty-nine extracted premolars were randomly divided into three groups and bonded respectively with ① Single bond flowable composite resin; ② Single bond plus the liquid of Jingjin enamel adhesive; ③ Jingjin enamel adhesive. 10 samples were randomly ehosen from each group, and were tested in shear bonding strength. The other samples were used to observe the interface with seanning eleetron mieroseope. Results The shear bonding strength of groups ① and ② are less than that of the group ③ ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; Flowable eomposite resin formed resin tags on the enamel surface, with thin gaps or voids in their hybrid layer. Conclusion The shear bonding strength of Single bond flowable eomposite resin may meet orthedonfie elinieal requirement. There were thin gaps or voids in the hybrid layer between the flowable composite resin and the enamel.
