摘要
目的探讨Nd:YAG激光照射对口腔常用的三种光固化充填材料与牙体窝洞界面密合度的影响。方法将牙体标本随机分为三组,每组设激光组和对照组,其中激光组依能量分1w、1.5w、2w组,共计4小组,每组9颗牙。激光组在常规充填材料后,分别用不同能量的激光沿窝洞边缘作扫描式照射。常规制备电镜标本,SEM观察。结果三组材料充填界面经Nd:YAG照射后出现的变化,随激光功率的变化而不同。激光功率1w时,各组界面区缝隙均见减小,1.5w可使牙体组织与材料在界面发生融合,2w组界面处缝隙均加宽。经采用重复测量的方差分析和LSD法进行比较,激光照射1w、1.5w组与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),而不同材料间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论较低功率的Nd:YAG激光(1w、1.5w)照射,对减小三种常用的牙体光固化充填材料与牙齿窝洞界面微渗漏可能是一种有效方法。
Objective To explore the effect of Nd: YAG laser irradiation on the seal capability between 3 kinds of normal used visible- light activad filling materials and tooth cavity walls. Methods The teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups according to different filling materials. In each group, four subgroups with 9 teeth each were set: a control subgroup and 3 Nd: YAG laser irradiation subgroups with output power of lw, 1.5w , 2w respectively. All teeth of laser irradiation subgroups underwent scanning laser irradiation of the cavity border. The specimens were observed through SEM.Results The effect of laser iradiation was different with various output powers. Laser irradiation with output power of lw decreased the gap between filling materials and cavity walls, 1.5w irradiation induced regional fusion, 2w widened the gap. Comparison between laser irradiation subgroups and the control, 1w,1.5w showed significant difference ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion An appropriate output power of Nd:YAG irradiation maybe an effective method of decreasing the microleakage between 3 kinds of normal used visible- light activad filling materials and cavity walls.
