摘要
目的:探讨以益气活血化痰立法的黄芪保心汤防治心肌缺血的作用机理。方法:结扎冠状动脉造成大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤模型,以复方丹参滴丸作对照,观察两种药物对心电图、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、血栓素(TXB2)及6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的影响。结果:心肌缺血大鼠存在明显的ET/NO、TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α平衡失调,与模型组相比,两种药物均能升高NO、6-keto-PGF1α水平,降低ET、TXB2水平,并能降低缺血心肌心电图ST段上移。结论:黄芪保心汤具有良好的抗心肌缺血作用,其作用机理可能与血管内皮保护效应密切相关。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Astragalus Heart-Protecting Decoction(AHPD) in prevention and treatment of acute myocardial ischemia(AMI) induced by ligation of coronary artery (LCA). Method: 48 rats were randomly divided equally into four groups, group A was treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills(CDDP), group B was treated with AHPD, group C and group D were seperately regarded as control group and sham-operated group. 2 weeks later, models of rats with AMI were made by LCA, After 3 hours, the elevation level of ST segment in ECG, the contents of ET, NO, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α were examed. Result: After treatment, the level of ST segment and the contents of ET, TXB2 in AHPD group were lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05), but the contents of SOD, 6-keto-PGF1α were significantly higher than that in AHPD group(P〈0.05). As compared with CDDP group, there was no statistical difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: AHPD can act against myocardial ischemia effectively, one of the preventive and therapeutic mechanisms of which may be related with protecting the function of vascular endothelium,
