摘要
主体性学校管理的实质是以人为本的管理,而学校中人本管理的最大特点,则是要树立“以教师为本”的主体性教育管理理念。因此,学校必须构建一种人文激励机制;必须实现教师的参与管理;同时管理者还必须注重教师学习型团队的建设。
The essence of learner-centered management is human-centered management. But building up the teacher-centered management thought is the most character of the human-centered management in school. In order to build up the thought, a human encourage mechanism must be built up first, and the teachers' participation in management must be accomplished, also the manager of the school put importance to the learning team's construction.
