摘要
为了探讨中药对其诱生的幽门螺杆菌球形体酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶的影响,采用亚抑菌浓度的黄芩、大黄、乌梅、黄连诱生球形体,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳进行酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶电泳,并以螺杆状和延期培养的球形体作为对照,酯酶图谱显示强带Rf0.2为共有带,延期培养球形体形成一弱带Rf5.2,大黄球形体有弱带Rf0.12,黄连有弱带Rf0.12和次强宽度Rf0.23。不同样品的过氧化物酶的图谱基本相似,均有强带Rf0.06和次强带或次弱带Rf0.10,只有延期培养的球形体出现特有的强带Rf0.38,且带型宽。说明各种条件下形成的球形体酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶不完全相同,它们的生物学特性可能存在差别。
To study the effect of four kinds of herbs on the isozymes of helicobacter pylori coccoid form induced by these herbs. The esterase and peroxidase were tested by PAGE electrophoresis, and were comparedwith spiral and coccoid form of prolonged culture. The electrophorectic patterns of isozymes showed different between the spiral and the coccoid. These coccoid form induced by different herbs also showed different patterns. Therefore, we presume that coccoid forms induced by different condition may own different characteristics.
