摘要
主要介绍了半导体纳米颗粒特殊的光电性能和几种常见的合成方法及其缺点,同时给出近几年来主要的研究进展,并根据笔者的实验对其进行了展望和分析。
This paper mainly introduced the peculiar photoelectron capability of nano - semiconductor and several synthesis techniques used in common and their disadvantage; meanwhile we summarized the analysis of the research aspect in recent years and given expectation by our experiment.
