摘要
整车碰撞仿真是汽车被动安全性研究的关键技术和有效方法.应用美国ETA/VPG及LS-DYNA软件,按照欧洲侧面碰撞法规ECER95,对国产某轿车汽车侧面碰撞车身抗撞性能进行了计算机仿真分析.文中介绍了整车有限元建模及侧面碰撞仿真的方法及经验,分析了材料与焊点的模拟方式、时间步长、刚体、自接触的定义等对计算结果有影响的建模因素,并将模拟计算结果与实际碰撞结果进行对比.通过仿真和试验结果的比较,车身变形、加速度波形以及车体的运动基本一致,从而验证了文中汽车侧面碰撞仿真的建模方法,为进一步研究侧面碰撞人体伤害以及车身侧面抗撞性能的改进奠定了基础.
Crash simulation of full car is a pivotal and effective method to study vehicle passive safety. According to European side crash regulation, ECER95, the side crash property of a native car is analyzed by USA ETA/VPG and LS-DYNA softwares. The modeling and simulation of full car and full-scale side crash are introduced in detail. The crucial aspects related to the accuracy of the result, such as the simulation of materials and spot welds, the time control, rigid body, and the definition of contact interface are discussed. The comparing results between simulation and full-scale test indicated that the deformation, acceleration and motion of vehicle body are consistent. The modeling method of vehicle side crash is validated.
