摘要
本文从科学评价工作的信息搜集、信息组织、信息计量、信息分析与预测等环节入手,论述了信息管理是科学评价的基础,科学评价是信息管理的应用。并从信息管理与科学评价的发展关系入手,论述了两者之间相互依赖,共同发展的关系。
Starting with all the sections of scientific evaluation, such as information acquisition, information organization, information measurement and information analysis and prediction, this paper discusses that information management is the foundation of scientific evaluation and scientific evaluation is the application of information management. Starting with the development relatiomhip of information management and scientific evaluation. The interdependent and development relatiomhip between this two are also discussed.
