摘要
介绍了一种新型的微机保护测控装置在实现同期功能的过程中,充分考虑了在断路器合闸时既有差频并网又有同频并网的可能。在线路保护测控单元中,除满足基本保护测控功能外,又增加了手合、遥合同期功能。从装置硬件构成、测频功能实现、与自动化系统接口问题等几方面介绍了装置同期功能的实现。动模实验及现场运行证明,装置中的同期功能完全能适应非调频调压控制的发电厂和变电所的断路器合闸需要。
A new microprocessor-based protection and control unit is introduced,which considers the probability of both different frequency synchronization and same frequency synchronization during circuit breaker closing for power network connection. Manual and remote synchronization are designed in addition for line protection and control unit. The implementation of synchronization function is discussed from hardware structure,frequency measuring,interfacing with automation system and so on. Dynamic simulation and field operation prove that its synchronization function completely meets the requirement of breaker closing of power plants and substations without frequency & voltage regulation.
