摘要
订单式“2+1”人才培养模式是探索以就业为导向教育和产学研合作教育的有效方式。高职商务英语专业与企业合作进行订单式“2+1”人才培养有其可行性,要从培养模式的主要思路及实施途径、操作方法和技术路线入手,围绕专业特点,不断优化培养模式。
＂2＋l＂Joint Operation of Business English Talent Training is an effective way of carrying out ＂Employment-oriented＂ higher vocational education and ＂Contract-bound＂ talent training. This article is about how a business English department and a locale enterprise cooperate ＂Contract-bound＂ talent training, and the ways to put it into practice and improvement.
