摘要
辊拉法制备的钛合金线材,经整体模拉伸精整后,可提高其尺寸精度和表面粗糙度,但在拉伸中需要着重解决润滑问题,该过程既要润滑良好,又要拉后易于清理线材表面附着残留润滑剂,采取的措施有:选用附着力较低的润滑剂;在普通增压模上施加螺压外力,尽量增大拉伸润滑剂压力;适当减小定径带长度和拉伸速度。
The dimensional precision and surface roughness of the titanium alloy wire stock prepared by roller-drawing method can be improved by the use of drawing and finishing operation on integral die. Lubrication problem should be emphatically resolved. Good lubrication is necessary during the process of drawing, relic lubricant attached on the surface of wire stock should be liable to cleaning off after drawing. Measures took for the purpose included the selection of low adhesive force lubricant, the application of screw pressure on common pressurization die, the augmentation of drawing lubricant pressure and appropriate decrease of the length of sizing band and drawing speed.
