摘要
古城2井是在塔里木盆地中央隆起塔东低凸起古城构造带古城2号构造高点上钻探的一口预探井.该井钻进过程中钻遇断层,地层倾角突然增大,井斜增长很快,造成填井侧钻纠斜.在用1.5°弯接头定向纠斜无效果后,换用2°弯接头纠斜效果明显,纠斜完成后换用转盘钻,井斜又增加,如果不更换组合将反复多次起钻纠斜,增加起下钻次数.现场分析研究采用1°单弯螺杆导向组合复合防斜打快,在2 885~3 115 m和3 166~3 380 m井段实施,井斜控制理想,实现了定向降斜和连续快速钻进作业,提高了机械钻速,减少了起下钻次数.对该井复合钻进应用情况进行了分析研究,为今后同类井的施工作业提供借鉴.
The well Gucheng 2 was one of wild cat well in (Gueheng structure 2 in Tarim base, a straight hole. There was a fault while drilling, and the formation dip become steep suddenly and inclination increased quickly, which resulted in setting cement plug and sidetracking. It was no use to slide drilling for dropping angle by 1.5 degree bent sub, and good result has been got by 2 degree bent sub. After dropped angle , normal BHA was changed and run in hole to resume drilling, the inclination increased again. If the BHA had not been replaced, the trips would be increased many times. Rig site analysis has been done and decision has been achieved, one degree bent house motor was used, slide drilling and rotary drilling was utilized alternately for the need of well path control In practice, the actions has been taken from 2885 to 3115m and from 3166m to 3380m, and the inclination was perfect , which realized the slide drilling and rotary drilling alternately, fast ROP, less times of trips. This paper analyze the application of both slide drilling and rotary drilling, an example has been achieved for the similar operation in such well
