摘要
硅酸盐钻井液是一种抑制性能优良、环境相容性好、成本较低的水基钻井液体系。国外近年研究应用较多,而国内研究应用相对滞后。通过抑制性实验、针入度实验及凝胶生成等实验研究,认为该体系稳定井壁机理是:堵塞泥页岩孔隙和微裂缝,阻止滤液进入地层;抑制页岩中粘土矿物水化膨胀和分散;硅酸盐与地层粘土矿物发生化学反应生成利于井壁稳定的新矿物;配合使用的高浓度氯化钠或氯化钾的协同稳定作用。
