摘要
介绍了鹌鹑骨髓细胞染色体制片新方法及其主要步骤,其中包括摸索和改进的恒温低渗法和乙醇、冰醋酸(3∶1)固定法。制片方法简便、稳定。通过该制片方法得到理想的鹌鹑染色体片,为鹌鹑染色体进一步研究奠定了良好的基础。
The key steps for chromosome technique of quail marrow cell, including isoperibol hypo-osmotic method and ethanol/Glacial acetic acid（3 ： 1）fixed method which author developed and improved, were described in this paper. The methods were proved to be simple and convenient and the perfect slices were also obtained. The method has settled good foundation for further study on quail chromosome.
