摘要
应用地理信息系统(GIS)、CAD软件及数据库等软件开发工具,依据节水灌溉工程技术规范,开发了低压管道输水灌溉管网计算机辅助设计系统。通过人机交互方式实现包括管道系统优化布置、系统设计流量推算、管径优化设计、工程投资概算和经济效益分析等多种功能,建立了常用管材、管件、水泵和电机等材料和设备的综合数据库,并可对其进行管理和维护。系统能够提供图形、文本、表格等多种形式的成果输出,人机交互界面友好,操作方便。使用该系统可保证规划设计方案的合理性,大大地减少人工劳动,提高了工作效率。在系统设计中应用组件式地理信息系统(ComGIS)MapX,方便了系统开发,无需计算机专业或GIS专业技术人员来完成,克服了以往开发者与专业人员分离、所开发软件实用性差的弊端。本系统已广泛应用于江苏省节水农业示范区低压管道输水灌溉工程规划设计,生成方案迅速,规划结果准确、可靠,取得了良好的效果。
In the paper, the computer- aided design system is developed by using GIS ,CAD and data bank. With man-machine exchanging method, many functions are obtained such as the pipe layout optimization, the calculation of design discharge, the pipe diameter optimization, the estimate of project investment and the economic benefit analysis, and the synthetic data bank for materials and equipments is established such as the pipes, pipe parts, pumps and the motors. The system can provides many kinds of result output such as the graph, text, table and so on. It can also guarantee the rationality of the plan and design, greatly reduce the manual labour and improve the efficiency. This system is applied in the plan and design for low-pressure pipe irrigation engineering in the saving water agriculture demonstration districts in Jiangsu, and the planning results are accurate and reliable.
