摘要
目的探讨氟西汀在中学生网络成瘾症(IAD)临床矫治中的作用。方法采用心理治疗及心理治疗与抗抑郁药治疗相结合的综合治疗分别对66例中学生IAD患者进行治疗,以Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自拟的中学生网络成瘾量表评定矫治结果,比较两者的疗效。结果治疗后两者SDS及SCL-90 评分均明显改善,但综合治疗者评分显著低于单纯心理治疗者,且前者在戒断反应、人际与健康2个因子和总成瘾程度得分较后者下降更显著。结论抗抑郁药有助于中学生伴抑郁的IAD临床矫治,尤其在减轻戒断反应、改善人际与健康等方面具有显著作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of fluoxetine in treating middle school students with lnternet addiction disorder (IAD). Methods 66 eases of lAD middle school students were conducted psychotherapy and therapy composed by psychotherapy and medication, and curative effect were assessed. Results The scores of scale and dimensions of withdrawal reaction and personal relationship and health in lAD scale descended markedly after the therapy, especially for experimental group. Conclusions Antidepressant is an effective method for treating middle school students with depressant IAD, especially in mitigating withdrawal reaction, ameliorating personal relationship and health and maintaining therapy.
