摘要
采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,对Ni-Mo-Cr-Al电阻合金多道次热连轧进行了实验模拟,对变形时的变形抗力进行了测定。通过对变形后试样组织的金相观察,发现当应变速率为1s-1时,该合金组织对应变速率不甚敏感;当应变速率≥10s-1时,边缘组织容易开裂。道次变形量对合金组织及变形抗力影响较大,第四道次(总变形量≥68%)加工过程中,随着加工温度的降低,材料明显硬化。
Multipass hot-rolling of Ni-based electric resisitance alloy was simulated on Gleeble-1500 and the deformation resistance was determined during deform process.The deformed specimens were analysised by the observation of optical micrography.The results show that the structure of this alloy is not sensitive to deformation rate at 1 s^-1.The structure of edge is easy to generate cracks when deformation rate is over high (≥10 s^-1).Deformatinn value of passes has influence on the structure and the deformation resistance of this alloy sharply.During the 4th (total deformation/〉68% ) pass working process,material drive to hardening obviously with the decrease of temperature.
