摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星注射液的含量，用０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸作溶剂，测定波长２９３ｎｍ，吸光系数为９２７，测得平均回收率为９９．９６％，ＲＳＤ０．３１％。
Ofloxacin injection was determined in 0.1mol/L HCl by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The wavelength of detection was 293nm. Absorption coefficient(E )was 927, and average recovery was 99.97% RSD = 0.31%.
