摘要
基于客户的个性化需求,以最大限度提升客户满意度为目标,建立了一种定制产品方案优选模型,同时设计了一个衡量客户满意度的函数。提出了定制产品方案优化选取的两种方法,广义加权法和投影法。以个性化定制摩托车产品为例,应用两种算法进行了方案优选。结果表明,两种算法得到的产品定制方案模型完全一致。从而确定了基于客户满意度最大的产品最优方案。该方法模型具有一定的实用性和有效性。
Based on customers' individual requirements, to get the maximum customers' satisfaction, we establish one product optimal choosing model and one function which used to measure customers' satisfaction. We put forward two methods which for choosing the best product project, generalized weighted method and projection method. With the example of individual customized motorcycle, we use the two methods to get the best project. From the result, we can see the optimal projects we get base on the two methods are consistent. So we can confirm the best project among the candidate projects. And we consider the method model has practicability and validity to a certain extent.
