摘要
以木糖醇为原料,合成了一类新型的聚丙烯成核剂,用1H-NM R,13C-NM R确定了结构。研究了该类成核剂对聚丙烯力学性能和结晶形态的影响及成核剂添加量对聚丙烯性能的影响。结果表明,添加0.3%的成核剂使聚丙烯的雾度降低46.8%,透光率增加7.45%,拉伸强度及弯曲强度分别提高8.0%和11.2%,聚丙烯的结晶温度从109.8℃提高到120.96℃,显著改善了聚丙烯的物化性能。当成核剂添加量超过0.3%后,聚丙烯的各项性能变化不再明显。
A new type of polypropylene nucleator was synthesized with xylitol as starting material. Their structures were analyzed by ^1H-NMR and ^13C-NMR spectroscopy. The effects of the nucleators on mechanical properties and crystalline morphology of polypropylene were studied. The results show that the haze value decreases by 46.8%; the transmittance increases by 7.45%; the tensile strength and the flexural strength increases by 8.0% and 11.2% respectively and the crystallization temperature rises from 109.8 ℃ to 120.96 ℃ when 0.3% of nucleators are added. There are no more changes on PP mechanical properties when nucleator contents are more than 0. 3%.
