摘要
电器盒面盖注射模采用热嘴结构从产品背面的中心进料,既改善了PC料的流动性,又节约了成型后的浇道凝料,还缩短了塑件的成型周期。模具结构利用先复位机构的工作机理,实现在定模一侧设置顶出机构顶出注塑成型后的塑件,满足了产品的外观质量要求。经产品大批量的生产验证,模具结构满足成型工艺要求,生产效率高,脱模动作可靠,产品质量好。
The injection mold of electric box cover feeds from the center of the back of the part with a hot nozzle. It both improves fluidity of PC resin and reduces molded injection system material and the processing cycle of the part. The mold structure utilizes the work principle of pre-resetting mechanics. It fulfills to eject molded part with the ejector stalled on the side of the solid plate and meets the appearance requirement of the part. Through plenty of verify of mass production, the mold structure satisfies the requirement of processing technology with high production efficiency, reliable demoulding and good quality.
