摘要 面对大量的知识,企业人员如何获取适当的知识是目前企业中存在的一个主要问题。为使企业人员有效获取知识,分析了知识需求的决定因素,采用业务过程和用户轮廓对知识需求进行了描述;提出了用户知识需求处理算法和学习算法。通过应用实例对提出的方法进行了验证,在某航空研究所的应用表明,利用该方法,可节省知识获取时间约80%。 It is one of the primary problems for the people in an enterprise to acquire appropriate knowledge facing a great deal of knowledge. In order to make employee in an enterprise get knowledge effectively, the authors analyze crucial factors of knowledge need. Knowledge need is described with business process and user profile. The algorithms for knowledge need process and learning are proposed. The method proposed is validated by the application instance. Application in an aeronautical institute shows that about 80% of the time to require knowledge is saved using the method proposed.
